A guided first start.
Install PIC, let it discover the unit, then choose your vehicle and units. The automatic first-run wizard also helps with media access and the default Home app.
Install or update
Transfer the APK by USB and open it in the head unit’s file manager. Update over the existing app to preserve its data.
Complete discovery
Review what the unit exposes. A detected service does not guarantee every control is available.
